⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I truly cannot say enough good things about Mountain View Animal Clinic and the incredible kindness they showed our girl, Arya. Arya is a rescue who experienced abuse and some pretty serious trauma before she came to us, so vet visits can be extremely stressful. Her last experience at a vet was difficult for everyone involved, and after a rough night when she began showing signs of a possible UTI, I was honestly dreading having to put her through another scary visit. We called Mountain View early the very next morning and they were able to get us in that day. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so sweet, patient, gentle, and understanding with her. They took their time, treated her with so much compassion, and somehow our normally very nervous girl handled the entire visit like an absolute champ. They were able to send us home with medication the same day to start getting her some relief, walked us through our options and possible next steps if she needs additional treatment, and made sure we felt informed and comfortable with the plan. I also really appreciated how upfront and transparent they were about pricing. We knew from the beginning what to expect, and they clearly explained the costs and options before moving forward. There were no surprises and no pressure, which made an already stressful situation so much easier. But what meant the most to me was seeing Arya come out of that appointment calm and okay. When you love an animal who has been through trauma, seeing someone recognize that fear and treat them with patience instead of simply trying to push through it means more than I can put into words. I went into this appointment incredibly nervous and left feeling relieved, grateful, and like our baby girl had been genuinely cared for. The entire staff was wonderful. I would recommend Mountain View Animal Clinic without hesitation. ❤️

Been with this vet for years & Dr. Amy will always keep your pet’s best interest in heart. The entire staff is very comforting when you have to make the tough decisions for your fur baby.

Oh my gawd these people are wonderful. Absolutely wonderful. First off, I was able to get my boy in the same day I called. I brought cookies cause my dog is a grump. I told them the issues and how much money I had to work with ( wasn't much) and they didn't even make me spend it all and they were just awesome. If you're broke, you know how that feels when you can take care of your dog AND still afford gas to get to work for the next week. They were just great all around. Highly recommend them
