I have had a membership with Caring Ways since the beginning of the practice. There are so many benefits to being part of “member only” practice. Being able to bring my beloved fur baby to the clinic without a waiting room full of other animals is such a better experience for both the animal and human. A few years ago, when I had to make the unexpected and difficult decision to euthanize one of my dogs, simply having the privacy of being the only client in the clinic actually made the experience much more bearable. The relationship that my two newest pups have established with Dr Hilden has provided streamline care. From routine to unexpected issues, both my babies are never afraid and receiving care is easier than I’ve ever experienced before. One of the best benefits of being part of a member only practice is having Dr Hilden readily available for assistance. I have had a need to reach out to Dr Hilden on multiple occasions and knowing that she is just a phone call or text away is so reassuring. For example, just this morning, my 1+ year old female dog got into my husband’s medication!! I immediately reached out to Dr Hilden for guidance and she assisted me through a very scary event. Through my detailed information and Dr Hilden’s knowledge and expertise, this urgent matter was resolved positively and quickly. Everyone at Caring Ways are the nicest and kindest people. I can’t say enough good things about Caring Ways Veterinary Clinic. They practice Fear-Free veterinary care, which has made a world of difference for my pets. My cat, Trouble, and my oldest dog, Ellie, both received compassionate, attentive care here. Dr. Hilden and the entire team were there for us every step of the way. They handled Ellie and Trouble’s final days with so much compassion and respect, which meant everything to us. My three pups Addy, Ellanora, and Hossy are also patients here. Addy used to be terrified of the vet. She’d tremble and even scream when it came time for blood draws. But thanks to the Fear-Free approach, she now squeals with excitement when we pull into the parking lot. She wags her tail, can sit in my lap for lab work, and is relaxed throughout the entire visit. The clinic is calm, and because they schedule so that only one dog is in the clinic at a time, there’s no added stress from other animals. They also offer in home visits! If you’re looking for a veterinary clinic that treats your pets with genuine compassion and prioritizes their comfort, and has the veterinary expertise; Caring Ways is the place to go. They’ve made every visit a positive experience, for my pets and for me. Once you go Fear Free, you’ll never want to see a vet that doesn’t practice this way again.

We have been having stomach problems for our pup for almost his entire life. We have been to dozens of vets and spent thousands to trying to figure out what is wrong and get him on normal dog food. Dr.Hilden and team are the first who actually listened to all of our concerns and for the first time in 8 years our dogs has a stable diet and looks healthier than ever because of the expertise of Dr.Hilden and her team. I would not trust any other vet with my pups.

The best vet. Will actually sit down, diagnose and get to know all the issues. Suggests a variety of options and prioritizes what is actually needed for the pet rather than just needlessly charging.

Dr. Hilden and her staff are top notch. She provides the best care for my dog that we have ever had! She is patient, kind, thorough and caring! So grateful to find her!
