Please read the negative reviews before scheduling. I would not recommend unless this is your last line of defense. Because they do “payment plans” their prices are inflated. Same product they gave me was over 50% cheaper on chewy no prescription needed but they don’t tell you that or check the prices or help you in any other way. They took my money and referred me elsewhere. No answers or affordable medications moving forward, only recommendations for tests that are 150+ to 200+that was made clear that wouldn’t help my pets case anyway. Also their teeth cleanings run 800+ dollars, that’s also over 50% of literally any other vet.. a payment plan is not worth paying over double the price. Don’t go with the first thing they recommend because let’s call a spade a spade, regardless of them offering a “payment plan” they are price gouging- hard. And their excuse to every comment online is not good enough, they are taking advantage of people and their sick pets. It’s shameful.

We just recently brought our 8 year old fur baby in. He was a sick boy when we brought him in to the clinic. The staff made sure to get us in right away and made room for us. The vet tech Ashley is extraordinary at her job along with Dr. Franny. We absolutely loved her and her care was amazing. She was very compassionate, thorough and she explained everything. Top notch doctor ! Thank you all for taking such good care of our fur baby who means the world to us.

My 9 month old toy poodle made his first international trip from Phoenix to St Kitts. He needed international travel documentation. I found that Lovet Pet Health Care of Surprise was one of 2 Vets who offered this service. Our trip of one month was successful Lovet Pet health care was very communicative and stayed on top of getting the documentation of time. Do you research, don't wait til the last minute and work back from your arrival date. I give 4 stars as it was a little hectic getting the necessary Health Certificate the day of departure.
