Holbrook Veterinary Clinic

I’m not here to complain about the veterinary services. I’m here to complain about one individuals unprofessional way of handling my appointment. I called the day prior to set an appointment, which I did showed up to the appointment was told that I wasn’t on the schedule so I’d have to be fit in. Then I was informed that before they would fit me in for an appointment (I had scheduled the day prior )I would have to pay an outstanding balance from NINE YEARS ago before they would see my cat. I would think that that information would’ve been especially important to tell me before I showed up for the appointment seeing how I may have not had the money available. So when I ask the lady if I could set up a payment plan for the outstanding balance, she decides to hand me a pamphlet to apply for a credit card to make up a payment plan for 120 something dollars. So as I said, I’m complaining about the staff that I dealt with didn’t really seem to me like the concern of my animals health was that play. $127 balance kept my animal from being seen and if it’s been nine years, why push the subject of it needs to be paid before will help you the ethics and morals of that are keeping me away from this place with a one star review, it’s ridiculous
