Took the pups in for shots today. Been going here for years. Staff is always super friendly and good with the pets. Docs are always helpful and eager to answer any questions you have. Today had to have a beloved pet of 17 yrs put to sleep...to much pain and agony. Staff was very supportive and understanding. Today picked up remains of yet another beloved pet! 🥹

Dr. Dean addressed our concerns about our rescue dog, advised on things to look for, took his time with us, and administered the vaccines quickly and efficiently. We started going here four years ago for our daughter's snake and loved it then.

I called today to ask some questions and the receptionist was unnecessarily rude and condescending. Thats not what customers want to deal with when they have a pet needing care. That's a great way to send customers elsewhere.
